Various Artists – New Breed Vol.II [Jeton] JET117

The hundred and seventeenth release of Jeton Records, originally based in Istanbul, owned and managed by Turkish Techno Player Ferhat Albayrak, proudly presents Various Artists New Breed Volume II, second edition of new compilation series reserved for upcoming talents.

Since day 1, we are focused to support the best new breed of the scene and try to let them be noticed by the rest of the game. This compilation is focused to find the right music no matter what the producer’s name is.

On the first edition of New Breed, Richie Hawtin discovered Kuvoka – Kargi, played in almost every festival and signed the track for his upcoming compilation. Can’t get better!

We compiled this selection from among all the demos have been sent to us. All those tracks have been road-tested by label-head Ferhat Albayrak for months and the reaction of the dance-floor is %100 approved.

Beside Atesh K. and Riza Gobelez, all the producers are on the early stages of their career and we hope this compilation will be a platform for them to be discovered.

We promise we will support the upcoming talent and the selection of the new breed producers will be continued. Enjoy!

Atesh K. – Black Mamba EP [Jeton] JET097

The ninety seventh release of Jeton Records, originally based in Istanbul and with a branch in Berlin, owned and managed by Turkish Techno Player Ferhat Albayrak, welcomes again Cyprius Atesh K with Black Mamba EP.

Jeton Regular our artist Atesh K. is coming back with a great 3 trakker. His experiments on modular synths and hardware drum machines can be easily recognized in his new EP sounds.

The Name Track of the EP, Black Mamba composes a nice synth hook which forms the fundemental of the track basically, flavored by nice drums, FXs, noises and atmos. A real catcher.

Second track Silent Movement takes a basic stab and plays it with filters, reverbs, times and other ingredients. Very nice rumbling bassline makes sure that the track is for dancefloor by maintaning the groove.

Last Track Adventures in The Dark combines minimal synth work with modular sounds, atmospheric additives, small pads and powerful drums. Experimental but groovy.

Atesh KBlack Mamba EP shows how an artist can evolve his sound with new materials/sounds by maintaining his signature beats. Enjoy!

Jeton Records presents Kaiserdisco & Shlomi Aber

Jeton Records proudly presents
Kaiserdisco (Drumcode, KD Music)
Ferhat Albayrak (Jeton Records, Intec Digital)
Alan Cutt (Jeton Records)

Hit maker duo of the Techno Scene, one of the most influenced German DJs in the scene, Kaiserdisco returns to our land, this time to the unmistakable & newest summer spot of Turkey ; Alaçatı MAIA!

Frederic Berger and Patrick Buck have rocked the right clubs, remixed the acts that matter, put their names in bold across festival marquees, retained the highest quality through honest endeavour and made the name Kaiserdisco a worldwide authority with guru-like guidance of the groove.

A case of great minds thinking alike after pooling (and maintaining) their own careers – Berger as part of Nudisco, Buck juggling a mass of other projects – their debut long player ‘In No One’s Shadow’ laid down the Kaiserdisco manifesto and the ability therein to tilt dancefloors smoothly, minimally, tribally, forcefully and progressively in their favour. With the confidence of the title running through every dropped needle and pushed play button, the Hamburg duo have enveloped the dancefloor in their own resilient way since joining forces in 2008. Their methods are in part down to being “very careful with decisions”, and relaying the fruits of a telepathy in which they admit they’ve “never had a disagreement.”

With its almost business-like invitation, follow-up ‘Meet Me on the Floor’ required little more introduction but offered classiness by night never found on the back foot, with a little toughness and quiet determination when required and subtle variations in flavour from beach to bolthole. Once a burgeoning remix schedule began to pick up pace, boosted were the beats of Robyn, Nicole Moudaber, Extrawelt, and Sébastien Léger, culminating in the ‘Retouched’ 12” tweaking Steve Lawler, Booka Shade and Marc Romboy.

Blessing the back catalogues of Drumcode, Suara, Snatch and Get Physical meant the unveiling of their own KD Music, always a long-term goal for the pair, was a natural knock-on effect. They may have been quoted with tongue only partially in cheek by running a label with a “we produce it, and if we like it, we release it” ethos, but it seemed a risk-free declaration given the pair’s established quality control, extending to giving rising talents a way in, and inviting Eddie Amador and Danny Serrano to their ranks.

After what has been a watershed Kaiserdisco era celebrating 50 KD Music releases this year, their new baby KD Raw is prepared to get to the heart of the dancefloor even quicker, starting in blistering fashion with the ‘Three Lions’/’Fifth Element’ EP. “The important concept behind Kaiserdisco is to make the people dance…it’s our main goal to stimulate the people!”

Atesh K – Mind Loop EP with Ferhat Albayrak Remix [Jeton] JET077

JET077 Atesh K - Mind Loop EP [Jeton Records]The Seventy seventh release of Jeton Records, originally based in Istanbul and with a branch in Berlin, owned and managed by Turkish Techno Player Ferhat Albayrak, welcomes Cyprius Atesh K with Mind Loop EP.

Our friend Atesh K aka Ates Kozal from Nicosia, Cyprus returns back to Jeton after one year of absence. Mind Loop EP is energic, groovy and catchy as he promised us in his previous EPs.

The Name Track of the EP, Mind Loop is a kind of a loop never ends. Delayed stapy synth work ping-pongs all over the track, with an addition of white noises, glitches and razor sharp drums. It has a perfect groove and takes the whole track always in up-mode.

Ferhat Albayrak Remix of Mind Loop is more uplifting than the original, while maintaining the main loop-hook, layers so much synth, chord and FX works on top of sounds and pumps the whole bottom heaviness. Drops and rises are Ferhat!s style, always in hype mode.

Last Track Synthetic is a track-filler track, just before the peak-times. It has the combination of watery main loop, a very subby bassline and crystal clear drum. Definitely a tension builder.

Atesh K – Mind Loop EP helps you to fill the floor, maintain the crown and make them dance for a long time ! Enjoy !

It will be available on STEMS format as well.

Atesh K – Dirty Party EP [Jeton] JET061

jet061The Sixth First release of Jeton Records, originally based in Istanbul and with a branch in Berlin, owned and managed by Turkish Techno Player Ferhat Albayrak, welcomes Cyprius Atesh K with Dirty Party EP.

Atesh K aka Ates Kozal was born in Nicosia, Cyprus. In the early 90s he was influenced by the electronic music emerged from Detroit and Berlin which is called Techno. In 2005 he started Regular Beats Records with his partner, Mustafa Goze. As a matter of fact like for almost every successful producers, his tracks got attention of big names, like a regular Atesh K track’s player Richie Hawtin. We are quite excited to welcome this talented DJ/Producer in our label and his eclectic original beats.

The Name Track of the EP, Dirty Party is nothing but groove. Simple beats accompanied by simple percussion, simple white noise and simple main lead, forms a wonderful groove Tech Beat. A recommended floor-filler track.

Second Track Poison constructs an environment like you are in the middle of a bug invasion and trying to survive with an antidote poison. Sawy leads, mattery drums and razor-sharp FXs tells you a story with a different perspective.

Atesh K – Dirty Party EP shows how a new talent can dominate the dance-floor, make you surprise and take the crowd happy! Enjoy !
